30-day returns

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days after delivery. The customer pays return postage.

How to arrange a return

Email sales@paynemfg.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact us before shipping your return so we can provide instructions.

One-year manufacturing-defect warranty

Our products carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Copper naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnishing is expected and is not covered by this warranty.

To discuss a possible manufacturing defect, email sales@paynemfg.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
